What to prepare
Count the items or estimate the occupied volume. Note stairs, elevators, dock access, parking distance, disassembly, glass, unusually heavy pieces, and any time limits. Remove confidential records, merchandise, tools, and anything that is not approved for removal.
What is not automatically included
Do not mix hazardous or dangerous material into the load. Junk Dawgs lists paint, fuels, vehicle fluids, pressurized containers, cleaners, pesticides, biohazards, and items too massive to lift safely among exclusions. Confirm construction material, electronics, liquids, and unknown containers before the appointment.
How the job proceeds
Schedule the assessment, walk through the approved items, review the quote, and authorize the work. The crew then lifts, loads, and hauls the agreed material before sweeping the immediate work area.
